To improve planning efforts throughout Maricopa County, the region has completed various evaluations and studies to address homelessness. The research evaluates the homeless response system and provides recommendations for improvement within the region.

  • Data Landscape Evaluation – The 2023 evaluation of the Data Landscape across the state of Arizona, as reviewed by ICF
  • Gaps Analysis – 2023 gaps analysis for the Maricopa Regional Continuum of Care
  • CES Evaluation Report – The 2023 evaluation of the Maricopa County Continuum of Care’s coordinated entry system, as reviewed by Homebase.
