The Town of Paradise Valley is offering a total of $265,000 in competitive grant funding to support community organizations providing essential social services. Applications are open until April 30, 2026, for projects addressing homelessness across the Phoenix Metro Area, as well as general services such as senior care, youth programs, veteran’s services, and crisis response.
The Housing Affordability Breakthrough Challenge is a national grant competition led by Enterprise and supported by Wells Fargo that funds innovative, scalable solutions to address the U.S. housing affordability crisis. Applications for the 2026 cycle are open April 1 through May 15, 2026.
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) annually releases the Continuum of Care Program Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), a grant that supports our community’s commitment to ending homelessness.
