FY2025 NOFO Information

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has announced the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). More information related to the announcement can be found on the HUD CoC Program page.

What This Means

The CoC must submit a consolidated application on behalf of the region by January 14, 2026 at 8:00 PM EST.

Applicants applying for funding must submit both a local application (more details to come) and an e-snaps application. Applicants must complete both applications for the local competition, which occurs prior to the consolidated application deadline.

Next Steps for Applicants

  • Stay Informed: Updates on the application process, local timelines, and related resources will be posted through the CoC newsletter, funding opportunity page, and Federal Homelessness Policy Updates RoundTable.
  • Ensure e-snaps Access: Verify that your agency has an active e-snaps account.
  • Submit a Notice of Intent to Apply form (more information below).
