The RFI-RFP Workgroup, on behalf of the Maricopa Regional Continuum of Care Board of Directors, has released its Request for Proposals (RFP) for Designated Staffing Entities for the following roles:
- Collaborative Applicant
- Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Lead
- Coordinated Entry System (CES) Lead
Attached at the bottom of this post are the RFP and required proposal materials.
An applicant briefing will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, October 6, from 10:00–11:30 a.m. Arizona time. The briefing will provide an overview of the RFP structure, proposal requirements, template instructions, and submission process.
Proposals are due Tuesday, November 10 at 11:59 p.m. Arizona time.
Please review the RFP carefully for complete requirements, submission instructions, key dates, and the process for submitting written questions. Official responses to questions will be posted publicly in accordance with the process described in the RFP.
