Per the board action taken on August 25, 2025, recruitment for the two co-chair positions is now open. Current board members who would like to be considered for a co-chair position are invited to send letters of interest to Amy St Peter at astpeter@azmag.gov by September 10, 2025, at 3pm MST. The letters will be shared with and reviewed by the Nominating Ad Hoc Committee to make a recommendation for the board’s action at the September 22, 2025, board meeting.
Applicants are invited to address the following elements in their letters of intent:
- Describe your experience with the CoC and homelessness.
- Explain why you would like to serve as a CoC co-chair.
- Identify the skills and experiences that make you qualified to be a co-chair.
- Describe how you will support the board in navigating uncertainty from changing policies and funding levels.
- Describe how you will meaningfully include different perspectives, including people with lived experience.
- Describe how you will balance the need to comply with federal regulations and to respond to regional and local priorities.
- Describe your vision for how the CoC might evolve in the next five years and how you can help the CoC achieve this growth.
